Our Team
Our team Syosset Supersonics is from Syosset High School. We are comprised of students between tenth grade and twelfth grade. Syosset Supersonics is a teaches students about FIRST Robotics, different areas of STEM, and how to continue to utilized STEM in their lives to help others. With the leadership of our coaches, mentors, captains, and heads our members learn to create and become leaders. All members are exposed to engineering, outreach, media, design, electrical, and programming. Syosset Supersonics members work together to accomplish their goals inside and outside of the FIRST community.

Our team’s goal is to build an environment that is enjoyable, filled with determined students, with the ability to accomplish anything that is put in front of them. Syosset SuperSonics implements the idea of gracious professionalism as the number one priority whenever they work, play, and compete with each other. They emphasize the value of collaboration with others and respect every single individual as well as the community. This means that they will put up a fierce competition and not give up easily. But most importantly, every member is here to learn and have fun.
